This site itself sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools.
Contact form. What you enter (name, email, topic, optional phone, message, and whether you want our news) is emailed to the association, only to reply to you and, if you asked for it, to send you our news. It is not stored on the site and is never sold or passed on. To reach us, the message goes through our host (OVHcloud, in France, which forwards it) to the association’s mailbox (Gmail, a Google service); Google may process data outside the European Union, including in the United States, under the GDPR’s transfer rules (the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision and standard contractual clauses). It is kept in the association’s mailbox for as long as needed to follow up your request, and no longer than 3 years after our last exchange. Legal bases: our legitimate interest in replying to the messages we receive and, for the news, your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to us; we send you the news until you unsubscribe. If you are under 15, ask a parent before ticking the news box.
Spam protection. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person is sending it. It is loaded only when you reach the form. To do so, Cloudflare analyses technical data (IP address, browser) and may store information in your browser (local storage, possibly a cookie) on its own domain. It uses this to detect bots and improve the service, not to identify or profile you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the form. Details: Turnstile privacy addendum.
If you contact us by email, phone, Messenger or WhatsApp, your details are used only to reply to you. Facebook, Messenger and WhatsApp are Meta services, under their own privacy policies. At any time you can access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use and, for the news, get a portable copy, by writing to contact@aver-france.com. You can also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
The host processes technical connection data (such as IP addresses) to keep the site secure and working, on the basis of our legitimate interest.
